This is wonderful, one-off box has a Kingwood base and an African Blackwood lid, which have been turned on a lathe by John. The box has a lovely tactile feel to it and hidden inside is a silver makers stamp. The sterling silver head has been inspired by African masks and it sits on a glass bead, which also has been made by John. This unique piece is made to house treasured trinkets and It measures 6cm tall and 4.5cm in diameter.
