These nature inspired earrings have been designed and handmade by us in our workshop located in Yorkshire. They represent the larger of two pairs of razor shell earrings that we make. Constructed from sterling silver and 24ct gold, these earrings utilise an ancient Korean technique known as Keum boo, which involves fusing gold to pure silver at high temperatures. The design inspiration for these earrings was derived from razor shells discovered at the seaside. It required considerable time to create a texture and appearance that authentically reflected the essence of the original shells. The dimensions of the earrings are 12mm x 43mm, and they are suspended from sterling silver ear wires, which we also manufacture.

These contemporary Keum boo shell earrings have been treated with a clear, protective anti-tarnish coating and are presented in one of our branded gift boxes. We exhibit and sell our owrk through esteemed Craft/Design centres and Art galleries across the U.K., as well as through the Dazzle contemporary jewellery exhibitions.  Additionally, we are listed in the U.K. Crafts Council directory of makers and are members of the Guild of Jewellery Designers.
