These handmade, long earrings are made from sterling silver and 24 carat gold. This shape of earring is one of our most popular types. The technique used is an ancient Korean one called Keum boo, where the gold is fused to the silver at a high temperature, in this case gold crosses. Letters and symbols have been punched into the surface by hand to create an interesting surface pattern. The earrings are oxidised and then highly polished to accentuate the markings. The ear wires are sterling silver and they are also made by us.
We exhibit and sell this range of jewellery through quality Craft and Design centres and Art galleries throughout the U.K.
These Keum boo, rectangular earrings have been finished with a clear, protective, anti-tarnish coating and they come in one of our quality, branded gift boxes.
