Product Description
This little owl brooch has been designed and handmade by us in our workshop in Yorkshire. It has been made in the ancient Korean technique of Keum boo, where 24 carat gold is fused to sterling silver at a high temperature. The bird design is hand embossed into silver, gold is applied and then the brooch is oxidised to blacken it, areas are then highly polished to reveal the little owl image. It has a pin on the back, similar to a tie tack. We also make matching owl earrings that can be found in the related products section below.
We exhibit and sell this range of jewellery through quality Craft and Design centres and Art galleries throughout the U.K. We also sell our jewellery through the Dazzle contemporary jewellery exhibitions.
This Keum boo. little owl brooch has been finished with a clear, protective, anti-tarnish coating and it comes in one of our quality, branded gift boxes.
