I was contacted throughout to advise order received, when despatched, etc., As first time buyer, package came with a thoughtful additional gift and some nicely made, well photographed postcards advertising other products in range, alongside a hand written note. Wonderful customer service (sadly lacking at times in this day and age). Would make a fabulous postal gift for a special occasion or if you wanted to treat someone dear.
