UK
As a contribution to the cost of insured delivery to the UK, we charge £5 for orders over £35 and £3 for smaller orders. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery for orders over £100, which requires a signature at your end. If there is no one to sign for your parcel, then you can collect it from your local Royal Mail sorting office or phone them to arrange free re-delivery at your convenience. Otherwise, we use Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Overseas
Due to increasingly complex import/export regulations, including VAT, duties, hallmarking and packaging regulations regarding, Net Zero, we now only sell to addresses in the UK.
Timing
We usually dispatch all orders in 1 to 5 working days. The delivery time on top of this will be 24 to 48 hours.
Packaging
Your Jewellery is sent in our, branded packaging together with a pack of postcards showing our various ranges of jewellery.
Payment
We accept payment using most credit or debit cards, by PayPal, or by cheque made out in GB pounds.
