UK
As a contribution to the cost of insured delivery to the UK we charge £5 for orders over £35 and £3 for smaller orders. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery which requires a signature at your end. If there is no-one to sign for your parcel then you can collect it from your local Royal Mail sorting office or phone them to arrange free re-delivery at your convenience.

Overseas
Delivery to the rest of the world is charged at £8. We use International Tracked and Signed For depending on the destination. This includes insurance of up to £500 while in transit. Any Duty or Import tax levied outside the UK will have to be paid by the recipient.
Timing
We usually dispatch all orders in 1 to 5 working days. The delivery time on top of this will be next day for UK orders and from 4 to 10 working days for international orders depending on the destination.
Packaging
Your Jewellery is sent in our, branded packaging together with a pack of postcards showing our various ranges of jewellery.
Payment
We accept payment using most credit or debit cards, by PayPal, or by cheque made out in GB pounds.
