Delivery Prices
UK
Insured delivery is included for free to addresses in the UK. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery which requires a signature at your end. If there is no-one to sign for your parcel then you can collect it from your local Royal Mail sorting office or phone them to arrange free re-delivery at your convenience.
Overseas
Delivery to the rest of the world is charged at £5. We use Airsure or International Signed depending on the destination. This includes insurance of up to £500 while in transit. Any Duty or Import tax levied outside the UK will have to be paid by the recipient.
Timing
We aim to dispatch all orders in 1 to 5 working days. The delivery time on top of this will be next day for UK orders and usually from 4 to 10 working days for international orders depending on the destination.
Packaging
Your Jewellery is sent in our sturdy, branded packaging together with a signed postcard and free silver polishing cloth to help keep the jewellery looking new.
